Sequential Gas Injection
Sequential gas injection (SGI) is an electronically controlled LPG system for vehicles with petrol sequential injection. The multipoint sequential system employs an ECU (engine control unit) that controls the gas injection sequence and the timing. Gas is injected through a rail of injectors directly into the inlet manifold to obtain a precise mix that optimises the combustion process.

Vehicle Performance on SGI:
- Only a slight increase in consumption compared to petrol – depending on engine capacity and driving habits, it can range from 10% - 20%.
- Power loss is imperceptible.
- The higher octane rating of LPG suppresses engine "knock" resulting in improved engine performance and drivability.

Warranty
As well as the manufacturers' warranty on component parts of the SGI system, an additional engine warranty* is provided on new vehicles and low kilometre used vehicles.

Emission Certification
All SGI dual fuel kits supplied by A&M Automotive meet the emission requirements of AS/NZS 1425:2003 and come with the appropriate documentation for your protection.

A&M are proud to be one of the few authorised installers of the new LPG liquid injection systems.
Liquid injection will give all the features of vapor injection PLUS increase in power over petrol of at least 5%, due to the cooling effect the liquid LPG has on the incomming air charge to the engine and only a specific increase in fuel consumption of 5%, the lowest of any LPG system available. High flow LPG liquid pump in a specific cylinder. Ultra reliable and simple system.
 JTG Liquid Injection
A&M are one of the few authorised installers of JTG and we work in conjunction with them to improve and develop JTG for Australian cars.
JTG Liquid Injection system delivers benefits to the operator that exceed the performance of vapour injection gas systems.
The difference between JTG liquid injection and vapour injection systems is that the JTG system injects the LPG into the inlet manifold as a liquid. When the liquid enters the inlet manifold it vaporizes. The affect of vapourizing dramatically cools the incoming air stream to provide a more dense charge of air and fuel entering the combustion chamber.
The benefit is a more efficient combustion providing more power and as a result lowering fuel consumption.
